Aisha began her journey in belly dance during her early teenage years, immersing herself in various styles with teachers from around the world and laying the foundation for her professional development.

She started her training with local classes in American Tribal Style belly dance before expanding into Fusion belly dance under master teacher Rachel Brice. Over time, she independently delved into Egyptian forms such as Raqs Sharqi as well, studying from various sources and deepening her understanding of belly dance’s cultural roots. Through this deeper engagement with Egyptian tradition, she began incorporating Saggat — traditional Egyptian finger cymbals used by both folkloric Ghawazee dancers and modern performers — into some of her performances.

Aisha has developed a distinctive style that blends the muscular control of tribal fusion with the fluidity of Egyptian belly dance, creating a seemingly boneless, serpentine quality in her movements. Her dance is grounded in an Egyptian framework, enriched by Fusion and American Tribal Style techniques. She performs a wide range of routines, including mejance, drum solo, baladi, veil, finger cymbal a cappella, and fusion pieces.
